Eastern Tropical Surface Analysis chart from the US Tropical Prediction Center via NMF, US Coast Guard, Boston, MA. The transmitter is fed remotely from USCG Communication Area Master Station, Atlantic (CAMSLANT), in Virginia.

Note the lines defining the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone, as it ramps up its activity early in the Cape Verde storm season. We see the positions and forecast motions of well-established Tropical Storm Harvey, and newly upgraded Tropical Depression Nine.
